1957 ~ Jamie Redfern the Australian television presenter and pop singer was born on the 9th April 1957. Jamie was a founding member of Young Talent Time and currently runs the Australian Showbusiness Academy with his wife Judy. Jamie was known as Australia’s little boy with the big voice in the 1970s, when he toured with Liberace, and Elvis Presley called him the best boy singer in the world, and Sammy Davis Junior publicly agreed. 2005KOKO the Australian Kelpie best known for his role as the title character of the 2011 film Red Dog was born on the 9th April 2005 (died 18th December 2012 aged 7). Koko was owned by Nelson Woss, a producer of Red Dog.
