1871Baroness Mary Vetsera the member of Austrian “second society” and one of Crown Prince Rudolf of Austria‘s mistresses was born Baroness Marie Alexandrine von Vetsera in ViennaAustria-Hungary on the the 19th March 1871 (died 30th January 1889 aged 17).

1931 – Gambling was legalized in Nevada on the 19th March 1931.
