2012 ~ TOPLESS PHOTOS of KATE MiDDLETON (Duchess of Cambridge) were published on Friday the 14th day of September in 2012, by French tabloid Closer, followed by Italian magazine Chi, and the Irish Daily Star newspaper. The topless photographs of the Duchess semi naked while sunbaking topless, with her breasts exposed, on a private holiday with Prince William in Provence, France, were taken with a telephoto lens from 1.5 kilometers away. The couple were photographed without their knowledge while they were staying at Château d’Autet, the private home of Lord Linley, the Queen’s nephew, also known as Viscount Linley, in the Luberon region of France. The half nude photos were purchased by the Closer magazine, and are now subject to legal action by Britain’s royal family.
